A leadership development coach, community builder, and connection catalyst who helps women—especially those in midlife or on the verge of a new chapter—open doors to their next level of voice, leadership, and contribution. She’s the founder of Mother’s Quest, an award-winning platform and podcast that has inspired thousands of mothers to live their version of an E.P.I.C. life. Today, through her signature coaching programs and consulting through the Connection Studio, Julie guides purpose-led women to align their values with bold visibility, meaningful partnerships, and social impact.
